Workshops

Elisabeth gives lectures, demonstrations and workshops in paint-making methods and materials, geometry and Indian miniature painting techniques.

As well as teaching workshops, Elisabeth also provides one-to-one tuition at her studio in painting techniques and Art History which can be tailored to each student.

All materials are included but students will be expected to bring their own brushes.

Education & Experience

Elisabeth has a PGCE in Art and Design from the University of Cambridge and extensive experience teaching, leading workshops and giving lectures to both adults and children in the UK and in India.

She has trained teachers at two schools associated with Visva-Bharati University in Santiniketan, West Bengal (2011) as well as training primary school teachers at the Akal Academy, Chandigarh (2013).

She worked as an Art teacher at Box Hill School, Dorking, Surrey for four years (2011-2015). She has also worked as a consultant developing English Language teaching materials for the University of Cambridge.

In 2018, she was invited to attend ‘Arts Week’ at North London Collegiate School in Jeju, South Korea as artist-in-residence. She taught miniature painting techniques to the sixth form students as well as geometry and paint-making to lower school pupils.

Elisabeth now leads regular Art workshops at the Gerald Moore Gallery, South-East London.
